To request a refund simply submit a ticket or send an email to support@sarahstaar.zendesk.com with the title "refund" at the top of your description and include the following information.
paypal email address
username
the name of the product you purchased
date of purchase
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND
Refunds are incorporated into a timetable into a working week, that type of systemization makes a business successful. It is not cost effective to stop work and process one refund. Once the refund is processed and you will be notified by email. Once processed, it can take up to 2 weeks for the funds to appear in your bank depending on the bank you use.
