HOW DO I GET A REFUND?

To request a refund simply submit a ticket or send an email to support@sarahstaar.zendesk.com with the title "refund" at the top of your description and include the following information.

paypal email address
username
the name of the product you purchased
date of purchase

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND

Refunds are incorporated into a timetable into a working week, that type of systemization makes a business successful. It is not cost effective to stop work and process one refund. Once the refund is processed and you will be notified by email. Once processed, it can take up to 2 weeks for the funds to appear in your bank depending on the bank you use.

    Hi, Sarah

    I want to request and read my emails I have already sent them to you, then you would know why and how it happened.  Regarding the refund, it wrote on your refund page; it would normally take for two weeks depending on my bank. If it were so, today is just the two weeks since I sent my request mail to you.   If it wasn't today, I should wait for another a few more days.

    Thank you for your help to let me understand how I should have asked about my refund.
